Required Qualifications:

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving business execution, implementation, or strategic planning experience.

Specific skills required:

  • Five (5) years of experience planning and organizing cross functional work, building teams, and managing stakeholder groups to drive complex, high-priority efforts through completion;
  • Five (5) years of experience with driving change within trading and risk/capital systems or related initiatives;
  • Five (5) years of experience in business process/solution architecture design;
  • Five (5) years of execution experience in defining scope, requirements, and design of integrated business, modeling, and technology solutions;
  • Five (5) years of experience of coordinating and managing Sprint Cycles using Agile methodology across multiple engineering and technology support teams (Front End, Middle Tier and Backend Applications); and
  • Five (5) years of experience in managing end-to-end testing of financial model and technology change, including system integration, regression, user acceptance, and coordination across impacted functions.

Salary: $193,003 - $206,100
