Description
The Labor & Employment Counsel will provide advice and counsel to management and Human Resource professionals on a broad range of legal issues including, but not limited to, employee and labor relations; discipline and terminations; and internal investigations. Additional responsibilities include facilitating legal training and managing outside counsel on employment litigation matters and administrative charges.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years relevant legal experience
  • Excellent knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations (including ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, NLRA etc.)
  • JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing and completing complex projects
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong client relation skills
  • Experience working directly with management
  • Sense of humor and commitment to professionalism
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $193,000 and $290,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
