1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role within the P&C insurance industry (Underwriting experience strongly preferred)
Strong analytical abilities and creative problem-solving skills
Proven experience in making sound underwriting guideline decisions and exercising judgment in both soft and hard insurance markets
Superior desk management to respond to customers and work within multiple platforms
Solid understanding of how underwriting influences loss ratios and potential future claim exposures
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Adaptive to evolving processes and system changes
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
