Description
Your responsibilities will include:- Own and oversee all technical processes related to content production for AI-powered products, ensuring quality, efficiency and scalability.- Incorporate machine learning techniques to develop an optimized content production pipeline.- Continuously improve and streamline production processes to support rapid expansion into new products and languages.- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the production pipeline and help define the future of AI-powered content creation.- Advise and advocate for the tools, facilities, budgets, and personnel needed to efficiently run an end-to-end in-house AI-powered production studio.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/MS/MA/PhD degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Media Production or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in a production leadership role, preferably within the media technology industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in optimizing production pipelines for scalability.
- Background in machine learning and its application in production processes is preferred.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and leading successful teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across subject areas, locations, and time zones.
- A passion for innovation and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $200,300 and $301,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
