• Company’s marketing strategy and product marketing plans and sales targets execution at Key Accounts. KA strategy development and execution.
• Direct cooperation with Pharmacy chains’ marketing and sales management.
• Providing support and the leading role in annual contract negotiations.
• Close collaboration with Marketing department and support functions (legal, finances, portfolio, supply, regulatory, medical).
• Analysis of KAs performance based on sales targets achievements. Regular ROI (return on investment) through KA P&L (Profit and Loss) analysis monitoring, and focus on on profitable activities.
• Education: University degree (business, business management, finance or economics are an advantage)
• Strong sales and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Understanding of P/L and general business management
• Key Account Management experience is an advantage
• Customer focused approach
• Language: Lithuanian and English fluent in writing and speech
• Salary range of 3800 – 4600 Euro gross monthly
