Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of diverse international and local digital campaigns, adapting global strategies to meet specific market needs.
- Design and manage all components of Consumer Electronics (CE) digital marketing campaigns-from agencybriefing to execution-across paid, owned, and earned media channels throughout the user funnel.
- Ensure all campaigns are seamlessly integrated across the company's digital platforms, monitoring effectiveness and recommending adjustments as needed.
- Implement necessary website optimizations to enhance user journey and experience, from content and design to lead conversion. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform future strategies.
- Stay current with emerging digital trends and assess potential business applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure clear communication and flawless execution of marketing initiatives, maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Partner closely with the CE division and align with Sales and Product teams, offering feedback and direction for marketing activities.
- Support the digital marketing team with CE-related materials (CRM, SEM, PR,)
- Develop and manage content for all Samsung digital platforms.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and global standards, following defined processes and approval workflows.
- Liaise with external agencies and partners to support the execution of various digital initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Deep passion for digital marketing and innovation
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication- Digital Marketing
- Proven experience in online advertising, content creation, and copywriting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Advanced analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proactive and independent thinker with a solution-oriented approach
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments
- Skilled in setting timelines and achieving goals under tight deadlines
- Versatile in leveraging a wide range of tools and resources
- Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced, ever-evolving digital environments
