Your key responsibilities

Digital Supply Chain Professional,youwill take part in demanding projects with local, regional and global reach, and you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize supply chain processes using proven and emerging technologies that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Support the development and deployment of innovative digital solutions within the supply chain, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry best practices
• Conduct comprehensive process mapping and reengineering to identify inefficiencies and drive operational excellence within the supply chain
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to accurately identify client needs, and present insights and recommendations in a clear, concise manner
• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations
• Apply Agile project management methodologies to facilitate iterative development, stakeholder engagement, and timely delivery of projects
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement initiatives

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Minimum 3 years of combined working experience in Management Consulting and/or in business analysis roles in a corporate environment, specifically within supply chainmanagement or digital transformation domains.For senior and managerial roles, additional experience will be evaluated accordingly.
• Excellent academic background, including a Bachelorand / or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Operations Management, Operational Research, any Engineering or Business domain degree, Information Technology or other related field with strong quantitative focus
• Proven track record of working in cross-functional teams, particularly in roles that bridge technology, business and operations
• Good understanding of supply chain domains, processes, ways of working, and best practices
• Experience with process mapping, reengineering, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six-Sigma) to enhance operational efficiency
• Strong analytical skills with experience in conducting in-depth data analysis and modelling to support decision-making
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels

Ideally, you’ll also have*:

• Proven skills in engaging with stakeholders through interviews and workshops to gather and prioritize business requirements (ECBA or similar Business Analysis certification will be considered a plus)
• Experience in Agile project management methodologies (PMP or similar certification will be considered a plus)
• Exposure in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence Tools (TIBCO Spotfire, PowerBI or any other relevant tools)
• Experience in supporting the development and deployment of digital solutions, including familiarity with emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, and automation in supply chain and operations use cases
