Your Role and Responsibilities
As Digital Demand Professionals,
  • Deliver and optimize one unified, comprehensive, and personalized digital experience for customers within Market.
  • Work closely with Geo and worldwide Demand Strategists responsible for omni-channel marketing plans to create a functional, reliable and compelling digital experience for IBM customers optimized for Markets (i.e. language, client stories).
  • Translate business objectives into world-class marketing experiences with committed outcomes and expected ROI for Technology & Consulting, in tight partnership with the India Country Marketing & Communications Leader and India Business Leadership Team.
  • Understand business requirements and develop the strategy for the full customer journey to drive demand, in partnership with Media, Analytics, Automation, Digital), define audience targets in partnership with other Marketing teams to align to a globalization plan.
  • Define digital business performance and quality measurements, monitor performance against those measures, and work with teams to determine the content, design, and interactions to localize, retire, scale or optimize. Drive performance improvement management system as part of a marketing team at both Geo and Market levels.
  • Utilize end-to-end marketing funnel and business contribution reporting, communicating results with the business and with Marketing disciplines in order to optimize the customer journey for the India business
  • Work with Field Marketing and Sales to ensure marketing qualified lead to Sales-Qualified Lead to Win conversions, so that opportunities are converting into revenue for real business growth.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in IT business segment.
  • Client-Centricity and Understanding the buyer.
  • Ability to work in tight collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate data and action plans to stakeholders and leadership
  • Understands Geo/Market strategies and localization requirements
  • Business acumen with the ability to develop data-driven business recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 7+ years of digital marketing skills.
