Create, develop, and execute design solutions with compelling visuals and layouts across a variety of channels including social media, email, and live meetings/events

Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, media, graphic design, art, journalism, or related discipline and at least 7 years of work experience in amarketing/communicationsrole
Outstanding communication and story-telling skills (verbal, written, visual) adaptable to all levels including C-Suite; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other software/apps / media for creative content creation
Capacity to learn complex information quickly; analytical and creative thinking to distill multi-faceted details into credible yet simple messaging
Demonstrable people skills and proven track record of organizing communications and events that generate buzz and promote audience engagement
Robust portfolio highlighting effectivemarketing/communicationscollateral and website/social media content
Nice to Have:
Adobe Certified Professional (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Animation experience; web design
Video production and editing skills (Adobe Premier Pro)
Data visualization proficiency (Tableau, Power BI, Excel charts)

Program management and change management experience or certification
