What you’ll achieveIn theyou will engage in an intense program that will prepare you for long-term success within the Dell Technologies Sales organization. Over the course of two to three years, you will join our organization as an Associate Inside Sales Representative where you’ll receive premier training from both a technology and sales perspective. Next, you will have the opportunity to be promoted to an Inside Sales Representative, where you will carry a quota and run all aspects of a sales campaign. From there, you can take your career to the next level in outside field sales, sales management, or a specialty selling role. We often see those who are successful in this program having 2-3 jobs in your first three years, all with more responsibility, larger business contribution, and an increase in financial earnings.
You will:
- .Have consistent engagement and collaboration with the NGSA management team, inside sales teams, field sales teams, renewals teams, and development team
- Participate in white board competitions, group messaging competitions, and meet metrics expectation.Responsible for driving pipeline generation for Dell ISG solutions (Storage, HCI, Data Protection & Cyber Resiliency) business in the assigned territory.
- Perform outbound sales activities such as Cold calling, Lead follow-up, and Sales qualifications for assigned territory.
- Qualify prospects and generate quality sales leads via tele-prospecting to follow up on marketing activities, inbound/outbound calls, online enquiries, etc.Qualify customer requirement based on BANT methodology; in terms of budget, authority, business needs/obstacles and project timeline.
- Work closely with account team and country stakeholders in the assigned territory for leads identified. Key responsibility is to achieve AISR KPI on number of appointment set, opportunity identified, pipeline generated, customer touched and new customer contact creation.
Essential Requirements
- Completed Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree prior to start date
