Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Research or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply/Demand Planning.
- Experience with supply chain, manufacturing, and New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Experience managing Contract Manufacturers and Component Suppliers. Experience in materials build readiness in NPI and supply chain readiness for Production.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Engineering, Operations or other relevant field.
- Experience in multiple aspects of hardware operations.
- Knowledge about hardware Bill of Materials, process documentation and assembly and test processes.
- Ability to communicate project requirements and schedules.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, quantitative reasoning and creativity skills.
