Roles and Responsibilities:
Ability to introduce and structure new training courses.
Develop and maintain training content.
Develop content using e-learning tools (Video Editor, Articulate, Adobe Captivate etc.).
Introduce & Maintain Training Catalog and Schedule.
Conduct technical Classroom, Remote, and Hybrid Training.
Familiarity with learning management system (LMS) will be an advantage.
MustHave
Highly desirable to have Control systems like DCS, PLC, SCADA
Experience with configuring, programming and deploy of control systems, customer /channel partners engagement will be an advantage.
Independently worked to launch any training programs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to execute training and persuade within the organization. Education
Bachelor’s degree (BE/B Tech – Telecommunication/ Instrumentation/ Electronics).
