Monitor the establishment of Citi policies and standards on all supplier management requirements to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws across the enterprise
Oversee project teams tasked with developing and maintaining all supplier risk management tools and frameworks required to implement applicable Citi policies and standards
Develop/oversee supplier management programs, Citi contingency plan, and Operation Strategy Planners (OSPs) across the enterprise driving Supplier rationalization initiatives
Supervise government model required to meet Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) as well as supervise financial risk evaluations and implement supplier risk assessment model
Manage key enterprise initiatives pertaining to supplier risks including senior management inquiries and the impact of business acquisitions/divestitures
Serve as project sponsor for the vendor programs and all supplier related practices, policies, and regulations as well as serve as contact for client inquiries and requests received from the business segments in various regions
Lead the development and performance of reporting for business and group level oversight and governance
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
6-10 years of relevant experience
Experience in risk management, operational risk, compliance, audits and controls, and third-party management
Experience in functional and operational processes
Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and eProcurement tools (e.g. Oracle, Procure-to-Pay, eAuction, eRFX)
Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
Monitoring third party performance and SLs through Citi Performance Management Assessment (PMA) process
Facilitating remediation of issues or gaps identified as part of ongoing monitoring
Verifying third party’s compliance to required policies and controls
Partnering with business operations, technology teams and internal functions to conduct on-site visits of third party, as required
Maintaining and updating Citi’s Exit Strategy Plans as required; when the exit strategy poses significant risk to Citi, work with business contacts to establish appropriate risk mitigation activities to minimize risk to Citi
Interacting with third parties on escalations of non-performance and contractual issues to drive resolution when appropriate
Monitoring third party performance and SLs through Citi Performance Management Assessment (PMA) process
Experience with Credit initiation systems and process reconciliation is required
