JOB TITLE: Data Analyst – Client Onboarding Strategy

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports to support global Client Onboarding activities and participate in special projects as requested.
• Participate in the design and development of dashboards that lead to data-driven decisions.
• Identify opportunities to automate current processes and controls.
• Ensure client records are compliant with applicable requirements, with focus on process improvements.
• Precisely share the information with the right audience, and understand the business needs in order to anticipate data requirements.

Required qualifications

• University degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Economy, Business Administration or equivalent).
• Fluent in English is mandatory, both written and verbally. Other languages are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages is required (Python, SQL).
• Data visualization skills, proved experience with Tableau, Qlik or Power BI.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide timely and accurate support.
• Highly organized and proactive, with effective problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
• Capable of working under pressure, adapting to change, and managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
