Job Description
ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a CRM Admin, you:
are responsible for the daily maintenance of the different compliance related CRM systems, to ensure customer data is accurate and in a timely manner
maintain the events in the systems, you oversee all event data, check for completeness, maintain list of values (for dropdown menus), etc.
oversee the user management and maintenance, giving access rights, permissions
define the required business settings, like products, sales groups, territories, etc. in the systems
make data reports on request of users
maintain documentation on the systems
train and support users, both on PC and tablet devices
follow-up on planned system changes and communicate those to the users
Key competences
Ideally,
a bachelor degree
minimum 3 year of experience in multinational company within the similar positions
experience with software maintenance
CRM SalesForce/Veeva knowledge
experience with all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
enthousiasm for systems and software (on a non-technical level), or you have worked in an IT environment
a structured mindset, you are thinking in an organized and structured way
ability to learn fast
confident in testing and trying out new functionalities
happy with doing repetitive work (limited)
good planning
being a team player
taking responsibility for your domain, you are proud of realizations
fluency in English and preferably also in Dutch and/or French
