Staff Technical Program Manager

Master’s degree or equivalent in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 3 years of experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years of experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Experience with requirements for software, hardware assets or platform capabilities. Experience with functional/business requirements detailing end user expectations of the product functionality and technical requirements detailing how functional/business requirements can be achieved and final product functionality. Experience with projects using iterative agile methodology for cyclic and collaborative process or sequential waterfall methodology for sequential or linear process. Experience with software development project ensuring on time delivery and budget expectations while meeting user expectations. Experience with project tracking to monitor a project's progress against the original project plan. Experience with project milestone reporting to track achievements and what else needs to be done to complete project successfully and on time. Experience with deliverables including significant events, deliverables or interdependencies that need to be monitored to keep the project on track. Experience with stakeholder communication and communicating with the people who have an interest or influence on the project or decision, helping with expectations, address concerns, and ensure their support and alignment. Experience with functional design focusing on designing user experience as per business needs and technical design including how that functionality is to be implemented technically. Experience with cost-reducing innovations, advancements or developments that significantly lower the cost of producing a product or providing a service. Experience with business architecture consisting of distinct but interrelated platforms creating a multidimensional modular system.
