Staff Technical Program Manager

Master’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Any), or related area and 3 years of experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area; Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Any), or related area and 5 years of experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Demonstrated knowledge of the implementation phases of technical projects, including the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post- phases. Experience with project management. Experience gathering business requirements from stakeholders and converting them into technical requirements. Experience managing prioritizations with engineering teams. Experience working with product and engineering teams to define team needs, metrics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and to articulate the technology, requirements, goals, and milestones of the team. Experience completing root cause analysis of different workflows to quantify problems and goals and identify priorities. Experience with the following technologies and tools: Computer Vision, Android SDK, RESTful APIs, and GIT.
