Staff Technical Program Manager

Master’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Any), Management of Technology, or related area and 3 years of experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area; Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Any), Management of Technology, or related area and 5 years of experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Experience with requirements for software (design, architecture, testing, system design). Experience with functional and business requirements to determine end user expectations of a product functionality. Experience with technical requirements to show how functional and business requirements can be achieved and the final product functionality details. Experience with Iterative Agile Methodologies for cyclic and collaborative processes and the Sequential Waterfall Methodology for sequential or linear processes. Experience designing user experiences as per business needs and technical designs including documenting how that functionality is to be implemented technically. Experience developing solutions to lower the cost of producing a product or providing a service. Experience delivering multidimensional modular systems. Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle and managing software development projects.
