• Serve as the central point for organizing all kinds of new programs within Optimization group under Consumer Solution Business
• Create and manage project schedules, identify actions, and drive for closure. Ensure all stakeholders work together for the same business target and expected outcomes
• Identify and manage risks, oversee project status / progress, and ensure meet expected timeline.
• Provide Weekly Summary of each program after kick off

REQUIRED:

• Minimum 10 years of Mfg Operation Experience with technical engineering background
• Data driven mind-set and familiar with consumer product data
• Solid program management skills and details oriented
• Understanding manufacturing process of consumer products (i.e. USB, Memory Card, SSD) is preferrable but not a must

• Able to adapt to changing conditions, resolve complex issues within a Program through creative solutions to ensure program goals are achieved.
• Exhibits strong skills in managing both external and internal stakeholders' relationships, driving effective communication and collaborations within the Program
• Willing to work under pressure and self-motivated and able to think out of the box for the best solutions.
