In this role you will be responsible for working with internal customers to define highly ambiguous problem statements, evaluating innovation and retrofit scopes, driving project schedules.Key job responsibilities
- Deep understanding of the business and technical requirements of the engineering change being evaluated to drive the right conclusions
- Fluent in MHE design, judge technical viability of the product/solution and tailor communication for all stakeholders.
- Help your customers and the engineering teams make appropriate trade-offs by considering the larger picture (e.g., business goals, throughput expectations, quality requirements, efficiency, maintainability, operability)
- Identify standards and drive consistent application of engineering changes across ECCF
- Communicate and present program status to Operations/Finance Directors

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- English B2
- Bachelors degree

- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Proficiency in Portuguese
