What you'll do:
- Outline, implement and manage pricing strategies and experiments
- Monitor financial targets, marketplace health metrics, portfolio balance and competition moves in order to develop action plans to reach our strategic goals and enable data-driven business decisions
- Develop data analysis and XPs to support business decisions regarding growth opportunities
- Coordinate projects with our cross-functional teams to improve processes and tools
- Build and maintain relationships with local and global partners, assertively communicating and presenting ideas, findings and insights to assist the decision making process
- Collaborate with Product and Local Operation teams to develop product launch strategies, forecasts, success metrics, and ongoing monitoring. Ensure there's a clear work plan and continuous alignment with stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis to offer insights that foster data-driven decision-making and strategic pivots.
What you'll need:
- 3 + years of experience in consulting, product operations, product and/or Project Management.
- Technical skills such as: SQL, Data Analysis, Basci Statistical Knowledge.
- Skilled stakeholder management, dealing with several stakehodlers at the same time in a fast paced environment
- Skilled communication skills, be able to communicate clearly in English & Portuguese
- Knowledge on the market, business acumen is very important for the role. Understanding the industry.
