Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

  • Conduct research studies and make presentations on competitors and market trends.
  • Analyze the competitive environment and develop recommendations based on findings.
  • Create and update existing competitive intelligence content that supports business development and helps drive revenue.
  • Learn how to create and distribute competitive insights from disparate market and technical information.
  • Assist preparing reports on core competitive metrics – win and incident rates, trends, win/loss analyses, and more via static reports and/or dynamic dashboards.
  • Provide trend updates and relevant information for supported product lines and markets.

What We'd Like to See

  • Must be enrolled in a BS degree pursuing Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Must graduate between Dec 2025 - Jun 2027.
  • Self-directed and action-oriented, with the ability to manage small projects.
  • Experience conveying complex ideas and data.
  • Basic productivity suite skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to do market and competitor research, and present research results to leadership
  • Nice-to-have programming skills: Python, R, or SQL

Role Essentials

  • Ability to create cohesive stories and actionable intelligence from in-house or external research studies.
  • Create and maintain competitive intelligence collateral by working cross-functionally to gather and interpret information.
  • Effectively collect and distribute competitive collateral and insights using competitive intelligence tools, such as Klue or Crayon, Microsoft Office (including Teams and Power BI), Tableau, and Seismic.
  • Utilize competitive intelligence tools and manual methods to assist in evaluating competitive utilization and effectiveness.
