Your Role and Responsibilities- To plan and ensure right parts are stocked at right location, in right quantities at the right time – lead from front
- Ensure serviceability targets are met at Country / Geo and Worldwide
- Be proactive in identifying potential product issues and communicating to relevant stake-holders and escalate as required
- Drive key KPIs and Metrics as required
- Understand and lead any change resulting from management decision from time-to-time
- Typically provides guidance, training the team, hand-holding when support required
- Drive the team to meet and exceed metrics expectations
- Pro-actively support work relations with TLS, SPO and business partners
- Participates in additional critical tasks for the unit
- Drive process improvements and automation using IBM tools (eg: WatsonX)
- Participation and leadership of Continuous Improvement projects
- Participation in escalations meetings with Supply assurance, proiect management and other partner connect meetings”
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or 1-3 years planning background.
- Must be able to work with limited supervision and be accountable for ensuring work is completed on time.
- This role requires strong skills and applied knowledge on planning data tables and excellent knowledge and proven experience on PIMS, CPPS, WMS, QMF, SPSS etc is (mandatory)
- Excellent knowledge with MS Excel, ERP and other tools related to Supply chain Planning would be value add.
- Willing to learn and adapt to change if required.
- Amicably resolve issues without impacting business results
- Ability to work independently to prioritize and balance workload commitments within defined schedules, as part of a team

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Any Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
- Spares Demand Forecast
- Manufacturing and Service/Spares experience in area of placement preferred.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, (both written and spoken)
