Job Description:
As an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional consultant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. This role requires a deep technical understanding of Oracle Fusion systems and a strong ability to lead and collaborate with teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full life-cycle of Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, including project planning, requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions within the Oracle Fusion HCM framework.
- Oversee the customization and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM modules by liaising effectively with the technical team.
- Develop comprehensive testing strategies and oversee the execution of these strategies.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, provide technical expertise, and guide the team to arrive at the most appropriate solutions.
- Provide regular training to end-users and team members to ensure an understanding of the system functionality and updates.
- Facilitate efficient communication across the team and with other cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM updates and ensure compliance within the organization's processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of strong implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Certified in at least three functional areas of Oracle HCM.
- Deep understanding of the technical architecture of Oracle Fusion HCM and familiarity with associated tools and technologies.
- Proven experience in leading teams through complex system implementation projects.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and guide teams towards resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills, with a proven ability to facilitate strong team collaboration.
- In-depth understanding and implementation experience in any of the 3 modules of Oracle HCM Modules – HR, Payroll, Benefits, OTL,HR Helpdesk, Talent Management, Compensation etc.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
