Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
    • OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years direct people management experience or indirect people management experience (or virtual teams)

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in business
    • OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience with using data to drive prioritization and measure progress.
  • Experience developing and delivering executive level presentations.
  • Experience working on complex problems while retaining focus on maintaining a profitable business.
  • People management experience.
  • Experience working with Consumer or retail channels.
  • Experience working in situations with high levels of ambiguity.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a leader who lives our leadership principles, creating clarity, generating energy, and delivering success.

  • Lead team(s) in defining, organizing, and driving our overall Surface strategy near term and longer range 18-24 months out related to investments, programs, and promotional tactics.
  • Influence senior leadership and drive alignment across complex organizational structures.
  • Lead team(s) to define significant business impact across the organization, success criteria, and performance metrics (e.g., Objectives and KPIs).
  • Work on all aspects of business performance from initial fiscal year budgeting and planning, monthly and weekly insights on global performance, and long-range strategic projects.
  • The candidate should be an exceptional communicator and storyteller; capable of delivering insights in a concise and consumable manner across the organization including our executives to enable decisions that ultimately run and grow our business.
  • Key Competencies:

    This is a highly visible role that will require expertise in several areas:

    • Orchestrating, developing, and managing plans across large groups of executives and key stakeholders
    • Collaborating and developing strong relationships with various stakeholders across the company to drive impact
    • Ability to simplify the complex in our data and performance and deliver excellent communications (written, verbal)
    • Ability to balance and multi-task across multiple diverse projects with time sensitive deadlines
    • A deep understanding of business performance financials, metrics, and management
    • Financial acumen and ability to build models and analyse data to support business decision making
