Lead HR Services Administrator with Arabic (hybrid)
As a at well, in Bucharest , you will be r responsible for end to end administration of the HR ServicesAdministration as per internal policies, procedure and per local legislation.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsiblefor On-boarding administration (including but not limited to contractpreparation, track progress, induction and all necessary arrangements), makingsure that the EE file is complete and correct.
- Maintain the relationship with all employees regarding HR Services administrator, such as: documents, signatures, status of employees and other internal procedure and internal regulations.
- Inserting all the payroll inputs related to payments for the employees that are in HRS GO scope.
- Responsible for all leaves administration such as and not limited to: status (maternity, paternity), unpaid leave.
- Reports related to HRS (e.g. PeopleSoft and time and attendance reports, comparison of data).
Key skills and qualifications:
- Fluent English and Arabic (at least B2).
- University degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar field.
- Good analyzing skills, communication skills.
- Customerfocus/orientation.
