In this role as a Security Solutions Engineering Leader, you will work closely with customers, partners, and regional leaders in the Americas US Public Sector SLED East team, to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth within the region. As part of the leadership team, you will partner with Security Sales Leadership and demonstrate both technical and business excellence, to meet revenue goals in the region.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ Years of pre-sales engineering leadership or comparable leadership experience
- 3+ Years of experience working with US Public Sector SLED and FED sales organizations in a pre-sales capacity or comparable experience with large enterprise and commercial customer base.
- 6+ Years of experience as a pre-sales engineer
- Ability to articulate security architecture integrated with other technologies (cloud, networking, datacenter)
- Demonstrated experience aligning go to market initiatives to trends in the security industry
- Show a consistent record of accomplishment of high performance and strong leadership skills
- Demonstrated experience in a metric-based sales process with a mindset for accelerating growth
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent is highly preferred
- Strong executive presence and proven ability to present strategic information to a wide range of audiences
