Job responsibilities

• Lead or support important projects to drive growth initiatives, change activities, risk and control programs, etc.
• Advocate positive changes to enhance the company’s infrastructure, processes, risk and control, collaboration model, etc.
• Participate in Automation Project and continuously explore opportunities to enhance efficiencies and reduce errors.
• Assists with any ad hoc tasks or projects when required

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years’ work experience in a similar position with sound knowledge of the China Fund Industry.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proactive attitude, commitment to continuous learning, willing to challenge the status quo to improve processes.
• Strong influencing power and capability to collaborate with others for partnership.
