Typically acts as the secondary coverage for clients. Extensive product knowledge. Interacts with clients to execute complex product transactions that generate significant revenue. Works under direction of more senior associates.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the third party report ordering process for commercial real estate loans using the Valuation Services Information Management System (VSIMS)
- Liase with clients, transaction deal teams, and compliance personnel to onboard borrowing entities and implement the firm’s AML/KYC procedures
- Ensure accurate and timely retention of loan documents using proprietary archiving system
- Assist in management of internal and external vendor relationships, contract updates, and invoice management
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in underwriting, closing, servicing, or administration of mortgage loans
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated, team-oriented and strong time management skills
- Excellent organization and communication skills (verbal & written)
