Responsibilities will include:

  • Compensation advisory, tracking and analytics, ensuring comprehensive understanding of regional issues and priorities.
  • Accurately compiling, summarising and analysing data effectively to help drive fact-based decisions.
  • Preparing line of business, country and regional compensation reporting and analysis throughout the year, and particularly for the year-end compensation review process.
  • Developing, improving and maintaining dynamic tools.
  • Ensuring appropriate governance and control activitiesacross regional compensation processes.
  • Contributing to a broad range of compensation initiatives and projects across the region.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience of compensation practices within a large multinational financial services firm.
  • Technical background required with exceptional ability in data analysis, interpretation and presentation, and attention to detail,
  • Ability to use own initiative and judgement, to act proactively and work with low levels of supervision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to summarise and articulate complex process / data into easily understood information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in order to maintain a close working relationship with HR colleagues.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable managing large and complex datasets.
  • Proficient in other Microsoft applications (Powerpoint, Word) and HR information systems.
