Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze compensation data from various sources to define and maintain job structures across the organization.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to benchmark compensation practices against industry standards and identify trends.
- Salary Surveys: Participate in salary surveys and analyze survey results to provide insights and recommendations.
- Job Evaluations: Assist in job evaluations and classification processes to ensure roles are appropriately leveled and compensated.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation,
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on compensation metrics and trends for management review.
- Support: Provide support to HR and management teams on compensation-related inquiries and issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous internship or work experience in HR or compensation is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
