You will also need to have experience:

  • 8+ Yearsproven track record of excellence in Solutions Sales for a SaaS-based company or similar technology.
  • 5+ Years of experience selling into the Public Sector (Government or Health) in NSW.
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Responsibilities

  • Drive complex deals and influence new opportunities by engaging with key decision makers, understanding customer priorities, and articulating the value proposition of M365, including Copilot.
  • Drive solution sales best practices, crafting strategies that differentiate and challenge customers with creative solutions.
  • Partner with various stakeholders to guide NSW Public Sector customers in transforming their employee experience with Modern Work solutions.
  • Accelerate opportunities with creative strategies and storytelling that address customer challenges, leveraging core team stakeholders and Partners.
  • Lead the planning and execution of Modern Work opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders and partners for cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Lead conversations with business and IT decision makers, sharing best practices and competitor knowledge as a subject matter expert.
  • Deliver excellence in territory planning, business analysis, and forecasting.
  • Deliver results while embodying Microsoft values, treating others with fairness and respect.
  • Support team members in exceeding their potential, actively contributing to the team culture, fostering positivity, and sharing knowledge.
