The purpose of IP Networks Commercial Management is to:

• Develop and operationalize commercial strategies and associated activities to maximize long term growth and profitability
• Drive towards a more efficient, consistent, and insightful mode of operation through tool digitization, correlating information from different systems and involvement in major /complex deals

Overall, responsibilities are centered around following activities:

• Deal support:
  • Recommendation & validation for large and/or complex offers
  • Monitor and drive adherence to commercial guidelines
  • Best practice sharing & deal post-mortem analysis
• Commercial strategy
  • Commercial guidelines and Pricing models (incl. pre-approved pricing)
  • Commercial strategy support in accordance with portfolio evolution & GTM scenarios ​
  • Competitive intelligence and price benchmarking
• Special programs
  • Focus on specific segments (Ex: Enterprise, Webscale, Neutral Hosts)
  • Focus on specific products (Ex: SW and service monetization)
  • Global competition attack plan /government funding opportunities
• Performance and analytics
  • CM relevant data collection and visualization
  • Development of CM related use cases, KPI’s & dashboards
  • Support of regular and/or specific Business Reviews
• Automation
  • Building a consistent toolset, available to relevant teams and partners
  • Drive tool definition, development, deployment, support and evolution
  • Alignment of BU toolset with Nokia global tool framework

Must have

• Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English
• Ability to work effectively across cultures, languages, time-zones, in a remote management set-up (distributed organization)
• Embraces a culture of openness, teamwork, positive energy, ownership and consistently delivering results
• Knowledge in relational databases, SQL
• Python
• General knowledge in web development and some skills in:
• Git, CI/CD
• Linux environment
• HTML, CSS
• PHP, JavaScript, jQuery or other JavaScript based framework

• Demonstrates capacity and eagerness to learn
