Asa Senior IT Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ourInformation Technology function. With your expertise and SFDC certification,you will guide and contribute to critical IT projects, specifically focusing onSalesforce development and administration. Your responsibilities will involveanalyzing business requirements, designing and implementing Salesforcesolutions, and providing ongoing facilitation and maintenance. By leveragingyour SFDC knowledge and skills, you will enhance our Salesforce platform anddrive digital transformation within the organization. You will report directly to our IT Manager, and you'll work out of our City,State location on a hybrid work schedule. Inthis role, you will impact our business by:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze businessrequirements for Salesforce projects.
- Designing and implementing custom Salesforce solutions, includingconfiguration, customization, and integration.
- Providing ongoing facilitation and maintenance for Salesforce applications,ensuring system availability and performance.
- Conducting user training and providing technical facilitation to Salesforceusers.
- Staying up to date with Salesforce best practices and industry trends todrive continuous improvement and innovation.

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce projects.
• Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions, includingconfiguration, customization, and integration.
• Provide ongoing facilitation and maintenance for Salesforceapplications.
• Conduct user training and provide technical facilitation to Salesforceusers.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices and industry trends.

• 5+ years of experience in IT thoughtfulness,with a focus on Salesforce development and administration.
  SFDC Certification.
• Strong problem-solving and thoughtful skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or arelated field.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex development.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
