As an Executive Director in Securities Services Sales team, you will manage a portfolio of clientsin the Mainland China and, focusing on understanding their needs and delivering customized product solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance service delivery and act as the primary contact for commercial and contractual matters.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and retain business for assigned clients, focusing on new sales, revenue retention, and profitability enhancement.
- Actively manage client portfolios, applying consultative selling techniques to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with client service, product, operations, technology, risk, credit, and legal teams to optimize product and service delivery.
- Handle KYC and tax documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Prepare and provide correspondence and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales or client service within the financial industry.
- Strong adaptability, business analysis, and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in written and spoken Englishand Mandarin.
