Job Description
Work with multiple stakeholders to identify, diagnose and resolve manufacturing process related problems such as quality excursions, manufacturing excellence and cost improvement.
Responsible to perform exploratory data analysis from different data sources and correlate with APC modelling to find out the best variables
Coordinate and implement Fault Detection (FD), Prediction and Run-to-Run modelling to manufacturing process related problems.
Responsible to setup ETL pipeline for data integration from different sources to databases.
Support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC implementation together with cross functional stakeholders
Responsible to verify data for completeness and model effectiveness.
Develop machine learning (ML) applications according to requirements.
Responsible to document all analysis in documentation page and ensure the information is up to date.
Responsible to queries for information either using SQL/NoSQL/Python/etc and access relevant files.
Handling additional duties from time to time
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in any Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science and Analytics, or related field.
Good at one of the data processing language (Python preferred);
Intermediate knowledge of SQL programming;
Experience in building models utilizing various analytical techniques, data science, modeling, and analytics
Strong analytical/problem solving skills
Demonstrate creativity and innovation in day-to-day work
Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing process, control system functions, IT network architectures, data structures, data modeling and communication protocols such as SECS-GEM is an added advantage.
