1st shift (United States of America)Responsible for sending foreclosure letters, referring loans to foreclosure and performing service member reviews. They are also responsible for creating foreclosure bids, reviewing foreclosure documents, and providing bidding instructions.

High school diploma or equivalent.Two or more years of experience in Mortgage, Operations, Default, Quality Assurance, or equivalent education.Knowledge of basic default servicing and mortgage systems.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel formulas. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, time management, organizational skills.Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and decision making skills.Ability to understand and implement basic operating principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field Mortgage default experience General knowledge of GSE servicing guidelines General knowledge of mortgage applications
