Tax Senior– The primary role of a Tax Senior is to ensure accuracy of deliverables and supervise, develop and mentor staff. Also, they are required to help managers strengthen relationships with the client.
Your key responsibilities
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in tax technical knowledge and a good understanding of equity taxation (i.e. RSUs/PSUs/SO).
- Take accountability for providing clients a seamless end-to-end experience across all mobility services ensuring KPIs/SLAs are met in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Develop and supervise staff on tax technical, client service and engagement management skills. Communicate with impact and provide timely feedback to the staff on their deliverables.
- Build and maintain relationships with stake holders (internal and external) and providing high quality of deliverables consistently.
- Develop tax research skills, be up to date with new tax legislations and be familiar with various research tools for complex tax matters and apply them to specific client needs.
- Develop Intercultural communication skills which will help in working with foreign offices and other service lines where needed.
- Collaboration with Manager to support overall production (analysis on output, status reporting, quality)

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Graduates or Post Graduates preferred
