As a Sales Planning and Strategy Advisor, you will analyze and recommend strategic priorities, sales performance metrics and sales effectiveness tracking methodsin order toand improve the company’s competitive advantage in the market.You will:
Territory Planning – Act as custodian for Sales Resources hierarchy & account data set up. In alignment with GTM (GoToMarket) territory guidance, provide best assignment ofsalesresources to portfolio ensuringappropriate coverageand selleropportunity.
Quotasettingprocess – Perform operational execution of quotasettingat rep and manager level, using IQM (Integrated Quota Management) tool, which includes reviewingAOPQuota walk, validation of reptargetsand adjust based on feedback and engagement with country GBO, Business Partnersand SalesLeaders.
Analytics – Leverage analytics on sales talent and on quota attainment tooptimizeterritory set up and quota process, review Biz attainment to Quota attainment gaps.
Governance – Perform ongoing validations and compliance audits. Interlock with GTM Strategy and with GBO Business Partners to solve for outliers.
Support global work stream initiatives – Participate in initiatives related to quota, sellers, and accounts to drive global standardization, process efficiency, compliance and controls and act as change advocate towards automation and better use of technology.
Essential Requirements
4-6 years of work experience withProven skills in building strong business partnership within CFOand SalesManagement,with a Bachelor, or a graduate degree in Business, Finance,Scienceor related.
Preferred knowledge/background inGo-To-Market Strategy,Sales TerritoryPlanning,SalesAlignment,Quota Planning,Sales CompensationPlanning, Comp Plan Design, Business Analysis, FP&A, Business Ops.
Analytical and detail-oriented profile with strongproblem-solvingskills.
Strong senseof ownership and Accountability with proactive process improvement
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel (large data sets,lookups, pivots, charts, etc.)
Desirable Requirements
SalesWorks, Gama, IQM, Coin$.
Good knowledge of Power BI, Power Query
