Supervise a Field Service Engineering team for the BuildingAutomation organization. You will apply your leadership skills to improve teamperformance. You will ensure engagement in new opportunities for marketpenetration, team deployment, and sales growth. You will liaise with multiplefactions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and explore additionalrevenue-generating opportunities. You will drive and improve metric reportingprocedures and own financial metrics, targets and budgets. You will lead quickand effective closure of any improvement opportunities. You will define teamexpectations and communicate those to stakeholders. You will act as mentor totrain and develop future managers.
Key Responsibilities:
• High School Diploma/ GED.
• 8+ Years of Experience with Honeywell Products orengineering degree/equivalent with 4 years of field experience
• Valid drivers license.
• Previous industry experience
• Mechanical/Engineering/Technical aptitude
• Strong self-starter with ability to take ownership
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels acrossthe organization
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently
• Ability to use experience to appropriately apply theestablished standards
• Demonstrated ability to effective manage a team
• Previous customer service experience
