Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in programming (e.g., Python, Java, or C/C++).
- 2 year experience with software test engineering or consumer electronics, developing test automation solutions for hardware products.
- Experience with test strategies and methodologies, writing test plans, and creating automated test cases.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in designing and developing automated frameworks, building monitoring systems, or improving testing effectiveness.
- Experience in consumer electronics or home automation.
- Experience helping delivering software product features/consumer devices.
- Knowledge of system components, interfaces, and protocols on devices such as camera, audio, wi-fi, bluetooth, power and battery, system performance, security, etc.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for software and hardware testing.
