Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and driving the successful development, delivery, and integration of SAP's DevOps initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Management Development: Overseeing project lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Agile Execution: Managing Agile processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional coordination.
• Process Optimization: Identifying and implementing process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with DevOps engineers, product managerssecurity experts, and leadership to align on objectives and remove roadblocks.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identifying potential risks and proactively mitigating project challenges.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead project execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, security, and cloud operations.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Define and optimize Agile workflows, facilitating continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
• Configure and manage Jira workflows, automation, and reporting to support Agile processes.
• Provide status updatesand reporting to senior leadership, ensuring visibility and transparency.
• Contribute to long-term strategicfor DevOps projects and infrastructure improvements.

Qualifications

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience in a technology or DevOps environment.
• Proficiency inmethodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading Agile teams.
• Strong expertise in Jira configuration, including workflow automation, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience managing cloud-based projects, with
• Experience working with DevOps teams and understanding of CI/CD pipelines,, and cloud security best practices.
• Strong communicationleadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive collaboration across teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with aapproach to project management.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience with SAP Product Offerings (S/4HANA, IBP, or SAP BTP) is advantageous.
• Experience with Confluence, Trello, Notion, or other project management tools.

Work Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in project management,, or program management.

2+ years of experience working with DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure teams.
