Our PayPal, Venmo, and Xoom products also make it safer and simpler for friends and family to transfer funds to each other. We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Description:

Your Day to Day

  • Defining and implementing lead generation and management processes: track and assess effectiveness of the various lead sources, perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of leads,assistin engaging with merchants that meetLarge Enterprisecriteria.
  • Actively perform audits of industries,sectorsor initiativesacrossvariousdifferentverticalscreatingnew sources of lead generation and opportunities for the sales teams.
  • Being proactive in delivering scheduled internal reporting consistently. Forexampleproviding information for the biweekly newsletter and creating the sales monthly newsletter.
  • Gathering and delivering information for reporting using key metrics whenrequired.
  • Collating and formatting data requests from the team to use in merchant presentations,meetingsand business cases.
  • Manage the sales team calendar with events, stakeholder meetings, planning and development related activities,possible futureevents, off-sitesand quarterly sales kick offs.
  • Cold callingand outreachingtonew opportunities or existing prospects to schedulemeetings for the Enterprise Sales Teams.
  • Facilitatingthe onboarding of merchants in conjunction with the Enterprise Salesteams, GPS and CSM functions. Acting as the conduit betweenthese teams to make sure the onboarding goes smoothly, collectingdocuments including KYC and KYB information.
  • Sales pipeline hygiene: using tools such as Salesforce to ensure the Sales Executives pipelines are up to date.

What you need to bring

  • Knowledge of payments processing, retail and e-commerce is preferable.
  • Strong organizational skills, being able to work within a defined sales process and have effective time management.
  • Being able to work productively in a fast-paced environment while having good attention to detail.
  • Good team player with a collaborative approach to work and be able to create quality relationships quickly, whilst also working well independently and cope with ambiguity.
  • Have a good sense of initiative, self-motivation and willingness to learn.
  • Completed, or be working towards, a degree in a business/commercial related subject with expected grade at least a 2:1
  • Be available for a 12 months internship starting July 2025
