Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
7 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 5 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
Experience with ESG reporting, accounting and financial reporting, and internal controls or risk management, in a public accounting or multi-national company setting.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in working with ESG reporting standards and frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, etc.
Experience with ESG-related risk assessments and broad knowledge and experience around social, sustainability and governance issues.
Understanding of ESG issues and willingness to keep up-to-date with the latest ESG guidelines and developments.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, gather different points of view and create recommended approaches.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills, combined with excellent business judgment.
