Required qualifications

  • PhD inAI/ML, physics,statistics,mechanical engineering, or closely related areas.
  • track recordof research publications,open-source softwarereleases, andother scientific activities.
  • expertisewith deep learning frameworks such asPyTorchand strong Python programming skills.

Responsibilities
  • onduct research inmultimodal model trainingandinferenceas well asdata-efficient learning for decision makingtoadvance state of the art inmobilerobotic manipulation.
  • Build proofs of concept thatdemonstratethe effectiveness of your approaches on physical robot
  • Actively contribute toteamprojectsas well ascollaborations with Microsoft-internal and external partners
  • Engage inopenresearch activities, includingpublishingyourresearch findings
