In your role, you will:

• Help to setup, lead, mentor, and develop a team of security and compliance experts, build trust and lead with transparency and passion.
• Be part of the security leadership team that defines the security and compliance strategy and execution for BTP HANA – reporting directly to the BISO.
• Lead the team to create and run scalable microservices that service security critical functions on enterprise scale.
• Lead the team to own and resolve compliance related requirements, drive automation, and optimize implementation.
• Build strong relationships with peers, stakeholders, and teams across a global organization.
• Keep up to date with new developments in security and compliance challenges and solutions.
• Present results, proposals, or reporting to management on different levels.
