What you'll do...
As a Senior Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving the execution of complex projects from ideation to delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and QA, to ensure alignment and successful execution of our product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers to meet business and technical goals.
- Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and scalable architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage engineering resources effectively and optimize processes to increase team efficiency.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code.
- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing and scaling engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, best practices, and tools.
- Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks (e.g., cloud technologies, microservices, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
