We help our clients identify and realize strategic market opportunities.
We provide professional advice on optimizing capital structures and project financing.
As a member of our team, you will engage in real projects from day one, working on interesting transactions backed by large investors. You will have the opportunity to work on significant projects alongside experienced professionals who will provide you with valuable advice and mentorship. • Assisting potential investors in identifying hidden problems and risks in companies they plan to buy
• Conducting in-depth analysis of financial and business information to evaluate a company’s financial health
• Advising clients on potential risks associated with the transaction

• Preparing due diligence reports to serve as the basis for negotiating the purchase price
• Collaborating with clients to ensure accurate and relevant information

• Supporting clients in selling their businesses and preparing their transaction documentation
• Actively participating in the sale process and support clients at every step

• Processing data and conduct financial analyses
• Working in MS Excel to prepare reports and analyses
• Preparing final reports

Skills and attributes for success

• Completed university degree in economics, math or a technical field
• Knowledge of basic finance and accounting terms
• Fluent in English and Slovak (both written and spoken)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Analytical, logical and critical thinking
• Enthusiasm and a continuous learning mindset
• Attention to detail and a precise approachThe following experience is an advantage, but not a requirement:
• Previous experience in consultancy or audit
• Previous experience with Alteryx and Power BI
