Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with senior global client payroll stakeholders to understand their business needs, pain points, and strategic objectives
* Analyze current payroll processes, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization
* Develop and present comprehensive recommendations to clients on strategic payroll activities, including process improvements, technology solutions, and best practices
* Partner with clients to design and implement payroll transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of new processes and systems
* Provide expert advice on global payroll regulations, compliance, and best practices, ensuring clients are aware of and compliant with relevant laws and regulations
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, implementation, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of payroll consulting services to clients
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions to clients
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
* Minimum 7 years of experience working with global corporations, with a focus on payroll consulting, operations, or management
* Proven track record of delivering payroll consulting services to senior stakeholders, with a strong understanding of global payroll regulations, compliance, and best practices
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and build strong relationships
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex payroll data and develop innovative solutions
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
* Experience working with global payroll software and systems, such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle
* Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in payroll, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain
* Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
