Responsibilities:

• Providing leadership and direction to a team of application business analysts
• Oversee the implementation and configuration of the IA GRC application including gathering requirements, design, testing and deployment
• Conduct analysis of workflows, requirements, and user needs to ensure application meeting the needs of the IA function
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to configure and enhance the applications to address specific IA requirements and evolving strategy
• Lead support services to end users on how to effectively use the application and troubleshoot issues
• Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains within the application and leading initiatives to implement enhancements
• Ensure compliance with IA methodology and Citi policies and procedures
• Managing relationships with vendors and third party service providers in the support of the application ensuring service levels are met and issues are addressed promptly
• Collaborate with IA leadership to address concerns and ensure alignment to organizational objectives

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience, including 8-10+ years' managerial experience
• Experience working within financial services and technology
• Experience working directly with audit partners to ensure optimal design and delivery of consumer facing solutions
• Management experience
• Excellent user focus
• Excellent team player; ability to lead, partner and negotiate with cross functional team to successfully deliver stakeholder needs
• Passion for innovation as a craft and the people who practice it
• Be a practitioner and an advocate for the value of innovation in refining outcomes and must have a demonstrated ability to work within the company and across industries to identify and source talent, design required training to cover skills gaps, and grow and promote talent

• Education:

• Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferred; managerial experience
